How do I join?

Joining is fast and simple. Simply pick a pricing plan and complete the payment process. Membership is for professional working DJs ONLY. Join Now

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed on a monthly recurring charge. Please read the Terms of Use for more info.

What type of payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

How do I update my payment details?

Submit a request to update your billing information here.

How do I report an issue with a broken download link?

First make sure all Ad & Content Blockers are turned off within your browser. Refresh the downloads page and try downloading again.

If you're still having issues with the downloading process, please provide the following information:

Full track title of the song

Web browser being used (Safari, Google Chrome, FireFox)

Brief discription of the download process

How do I report an issue with my account?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Credit/ Debit Card Payments:

If ypu wish to cancel, please use our contact page and select "cancel my subscription" from the drop down menu. You will receive a confirmation within three business days. Submit your cancel requests here.

PayPal Payments:

Click on the ‘Activity’ Tab

Click on ‘DJPRIMETYMECOM’

Click on 'Manage DJPRIMETYMECOM’

Click on ‘Cancel’

Confirm by clicking ‘Cancel Profile’

Once your cancelation has been processed, your subscription will remain active until your one month cycle has ended. Please read the Terms of Use for more info.
