Cancellation Policy

1-on-1 Ableton Sessions Need to reschedule? No problem. Please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session and no-shows are non-refundable. Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule with proper notice. If a session is canceled by DJ Primetyme, you'll have the option to transfer your booking to another available date or receive a full refund. Ableton Group Sessions Your booking reserves a limited seat in a scheduled group session. Because space is limited, all group session bookings are non-refundable. Need to switch dates? Contact me at least 48 hours in advance and your booking may be transferred to another available group session. Late cancellations and no-shows cannot be credited or rescheduled. If a session is canceled by DJ Primetyme, you'll have the option to transfer your booking to another available date or receive a full refund.
